4 Paws Animal Rescue provides refuge for homeless dogs and cats on the Sunshine Coast.  Most of the animals come from council pounds, some are surrendered or abandoned, others are saved from cruel living conditions .. often abused and neglected.  All these animals are placed into wonderful foster care until they are safely rehomed into permanent kind loving families.

We are committed to helping 4 paws and these beautiful animals by providing

  • Free health examinations, consultations, hospitalisation and boarding for all animals
  • Subsidised veterinary procedures including (but not limited to) radiography, ultrasound, dentistry, lump removals and orthopaedic surgery
  • Subsidised ongoing medical treatments for skin conditions, heart disease, arthritis and kidney disease, to name a few
  • Free pre-anaesthetic blood testing for all older pets before their surgery, as well as all unwell animals
  • Subsidised heartworm testing for dogs and FIV (feline AIDS) testing for cats
  • Subsidised vaccinations, microchipping, intestinal worming, heartworm prevention and flea treatment
  • Free behavioural advice
  • Ongoing financial (and people power) support at all 4 Paws Animal Rescue  fundraising events
If you would like to help 4 Paws Animal Rescue, please make a donation, or if you can, assist with temporary/permanent foster care for these hard luck animals.
