Pet ER is the Sunshine Coast pet emergency service based at Chancellor park on Tanawha Tourist Drive near the Sippy Downs exit off the Sunshine Motorway.

The Pet ER provides out of hours, night and public holiday cover, 365 days a year for very urgent and emergency cases.  Vets and nurses are based on site to see emergency cases and to provide monitoring and critical care cases referred to them by veterinary practices for overnight care.

If you are unsure if your pet needs emergency attention outside normal clinic hours, please call 5493 2655 and follow the prompts.  The staff at Pet ER wil be able to provide prompt advice.  If your pet is admitted for treatment, you will be asked to collect it at 8am the following morning and transport it to Nicklin Way Veterinary Surgery for treatment to continue.

The emergency service is unable to provide routine services or perform non-urgent procedures.  For these routine enquires or non-emergency cases, please contact Nicklin Way Veterinary Surgery during normal clinic hours.
