We honestly can’t find the words to thank you. You had the utmost respect for Buddha. The way you made us feel about our decision was something that we truly will never forget.
As you know, Buddha was our baby girl, she was out one and only everything. This has really hit us and we feel so empty. But you should be informed that your love for Buddha and us as a family will never be forgotten. You welcomed us into your surgery, you were honest and straight forward as well as respectful and loving. Mel, you are one of a kind with a heart as big as the world. You were there to place our baby to peace and harmony and this shone through.
I would like to thank each and every staff for your friendliness and caring approach over the many years. I for one nevery worries brining Bert to you and I know for sure he thought it was just a social visit. I definitely have no hesitation to recommending such a wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable team.
Also, please say thank you to Stacey for the caring way in chich she let Bert go to the “Rainbow Bridge”.
Once again, thank you to all.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you have done to help our cat Sunny recover from her dreadful injury. We couldn’t have wished for a vet practice who are so passionate, skilled, caring and understanding. From the moment I called Doug on that Tuesday evening looking for a vet to perform the emergency procedure, I felt that she was going to be in the best care possible. The daily phone calls, and the text message updates were very sweet and helped to calm our worries. Sunny has always been nervous and twitchy so it was important we took her to such a great vet. We really hope you take great pleasure and satisfaction in your jobs because everyone of you deserves all the credit you get.
All the best, and we will update you on Sunny’s progress in future.
A thank you note from Inca,
I loved to run on the beach and swim in the sea, I just loved having fun – that was me! I had a couple of besties – Reggie and Bella. They were smaller than me but we used to hang out and of course, we’d get out and about. Oh and guess what, I got my picture in the Daily talking to my cow friends, Corabel and Bailey. Dr Mel operated when a stick pierced my mouth. Lots of pills and potions helped me heal no doubt. Then last year I got the biggest fright when Dr Mel said to me I had pancreatitis!! She got to work and used all her skills. Thank goodness I had insurance to pay all the bills. I loved all the nurses – Belinda and Robin too. This is just to say a big THANK YOU for helping me through.
To all the Doctors, Nurses and Staff,
I would just like to say a big THANK YOU for all the care and love you provided Wally on his numerous trips to the surgery. When it came to the end, the kindness and compassion you showed Wally and I was very much appreciated.
Dr Stacey, thank you for guiding me through a heart breaking experience.
I know Wally left this world with his faith in humans restored. So thank you for all the hard work you do for the animals.
To Uncle Doug & Staff
Thank you so much for looking after me so well last week when I was sick and had to stay in the hospital. I was very frightened, but you gave me lots of hugs. A big thank you to Aunty Belinda for getting me in so quickly when my mum rang, so that Uncle Doug could see me fast.
Thank you to the nurses who took photos of me each day to send to my mum and dad so they didn’t worry so much. My mum, dad and myself appreciated all that you did and do each day.
