She recently noticed a small lump on his side, something that could be so easily missed! Once examined, it was unfortunately a diagnosed as a Mast Cell Tumor. (MCT).
.
MCT’s are one of the most common skin tumors found in dogs. They unfortunately can also affect other areas of the body including internal organs, chest and lymph nodes.

Early detection and removal is key to increasing treatment success. It’s important to check your dog regularly for lumps and bumps! Our vets can then check and diagnose these lumps; recommending treatment if needed! 💛 🏥
